Social Impact Measurement and Management System with Alternatif Bank: An Example of Barrier-Free Banking
Within the project’s scope, the social impact created by the Barrier-Free Banking culture created by Alternatif Bank within the banking sector in Turkey will be evaluated, and a social impact management system for the Bank will be designed.
Developing a social impact management system helps the organization better understand its impact, use data to make decisions, innovate and improve existing programs, and develop new services and interventions to create a more positive social impact with existing resources. In this regard, to see the changes created by the Barrier-Free Banking culture in the institution, an impact assessment study will be carried out by collecting historical data, and a sustainable impact management system will be created that can analyze the long-term impact on the institution and the banking sector in general.
