Modelling Sustainable Cross-Campus Operation Certificate Program (MSCOP)

In this cross-campus collaboration, Koç University’s academic and research abilities will be combined with Siemens’ skills and experiences which are the framework of campus operations. The project started in October 2017 lasted 6 months.

Koç University Rumelifeneri Campus and Siemens’ Gebze and Kartal manufacturing campuses have challenging problems to their increasing operational burdens which are energy, transportation, building, food and campus occupant activities. For this reason, the question of “how to create a sustainable model” for campus operations has been the main focus of the program.
